    • Note: Macarons are porous and may absorb surrounding odors or dry out if not stored properly.

  • Madeleines are best enjoyed fresh, ideally on the day of purchase. For later enjoyment:

    • Short-Term Storage: Keep madeleines in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.

    • Freezing: Store in the freezer for up to 1 month.

    • Reheating: Defrost at room temperature for 30 minutes or warm gently in the microwave for 15-20 seconds to bring back their tender texture—a perfect pairing with coffee or tea.

    • Room Temperature: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 48 hours.

    • Freezing: Financiers can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 1 month.

    • Defrosting: These treats can be enjoyed straight from the freezer or allowed to defrost at room temperature.

    • Warm Weather Note: Chocolate may melt if exposed to heat. Store in a cool area, away from ovens or warm spaces. In warmer conditions, place candy in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
