Allergen Notice

All items are prepared and packaged in a Cottage Food Licensed Home Kitchen, Permit #B-80. Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, eggs, milk, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, coconut, shellfish, and fish.

By making a purchase, the consumer acknowledges and accepts that trace amounts of these allergens may be present.

Payment Policy

Full payment must be received at the time of placing your order to confirm.

Cancellations

Orders canceled more than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time are eligible for a full refund.

Orders canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time are non-refundable, as we begin preparation and ingredient procurement for your order.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, all sales are final once the order is confirmed.

Delivery and Pickup Policy

  • Pickup Times: Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the designated time and location. If you are unable to make your scheduled pickup, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a new time, subject to availability.

  • Delivery Services: If delivery is offered, an additional fee will apply based on location. We are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances once the order leaves our kitchen.

  • Unclaimed Orders: Orders not claimed within 24 hours will be discarded due to health and safety concerns, with no refund issued.

Order Changes

Any changes to an order (e.g., flavor, design, size) must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Changes are subject to approval and may incur additional fees.

Quality Guarantee

We take pride in delivering high-quality baked goods. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in appearance may occur.

Event Orders and Large Quantities

Large orders or event orders require a minimum of 14 days’ notice. 

Holiday and Seasonal Orders

Due to high demand, holiday and seasonal orders are subject to availability and may require additional notice.

Customer Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information at the time of ordering. We are not liable for missed communications resulting from incorrect information.

Weather-Related Concerns

For outdoor events or deliveries, we are not responsible for product damage caused by weather conditions (e.g., heat, rain). It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe environment for their order.

Our flavors are thoughtfully crafted and may vary based on availability and seasonal inspiration.
